1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and s777org ("s777org," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the s777org website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the s777org Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

s777org reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published on this page with the effective date noted at the top. Your continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the s777org Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. s777org strictly enforces the minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Individuals under 21 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any gaming activity on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of s777org or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the s777org Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

s777org reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the s777org Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. s777org employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, s777org reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

When registering an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times.
• Keep your login credentials, including your username and password, strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify s777org immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not share, transfer, or sell your account to any third party.

s777org will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out above.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the s777org Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. s777org supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your s777org account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• s777org does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. s777org may require KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the s777org account holder.
• Processing times vary by payment method. s777org aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Platform's help section.
• s777org reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

Any funds deposited into your s777org account that remain unused for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity fee as described in the Platform's fee schedule. s777org will provide reasonable notice before applying any such fee.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

s777org may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. s777org reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus funds not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• s777org reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any time unless otherwise stated.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the s777org Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

• s777org uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for non-live games. All outcomes are independently verifiable and not subject to manipulation by s777org or any third party.
• Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time. The results of live games are final once the round has concluded and confirmed by the dealer.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, s777org will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a round cannot be completed, the wager may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. s777org reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Winnings are credited to your s777org account balance upon completion of each game round. s777org reserves the right to withhold payment of winnings pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or system exploitation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the s777org Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker or other multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors. Any player who discovers a bug must report it to s777org support immediately and must not exploit it. Winnings derived from exploited bugs will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the s777org Platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing s777org staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

8. Responsible Gaming

s777org is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Age Restriction: s777org is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We enforce this requirement through account verification and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of s777org.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, s777org, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

s777org does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In no event shall s777org's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your s777org account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy

Your use of the s777org Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy carefully.

12. Termination

s777org reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification requirements.
• Conduct that s777org reasonably believes is harmful to the Platform, other players, or s777org's reputation.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited. Where termination is not for cause, s777org will process any eligible balance in accordance with its standard withdrawal procedures.

You may close your account at any time by contacting s777org customer support. Account closure requests are subject to completion of any pending transactions and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
